Hostal el Anon is located in one of Andalucia's famous white villages topped by a Roman/Moorish Castle.

Jimena de la Frontera nestles in the foothills of the Ronda mountain range amongst orange groves and hills of cork forests. A village of some 5000 inhabitants, it retains its authentic charm with cobbled streets, white washed facades and geraniums hanging from balconies.

Hostal el Anon is owned by Suzana Odell, an American by birth who has travelled extensively before settling in Jimena in 1977. Her knowledge of the area is extensive for walking, birdwatching and wild flower discoveries, plus interesting excursions by car or train.
